EU 112F

Overview

The EU™ 112F has a new asymmetrical Quadratic Throat Waveguide™ for the tweeter, and an enclosure made from birch plywood. It is a two-way speaker system comprised of a high output 12" Scorpion® Neo dual voice coil woofer and an RX™ 22 compression driver loaded onto the patented Quadratic Throat Waveguide™
The EU™ 112F has a trapezoidal shaped multi-angled enclosure, which reduces the build-up of standing waves inside the enclosure, which minimizes mid-bass and mid-range coloration's due to the cabinet. It is constructed of 13-ply birch plywood and is finished in a durable black HammerHead™ finish. A full-length wrap-around powder-coated perforated metal grille covers the front of the cabinet, providing a very smooth look. One side is multi-angled to allow use as a floor monitor, and a dual angle stand mount adapter is built-in on one end for precision and ease of speaker stand use. Multiple mounting points (top, bottom and sides) with 3/8 X 16 insert points allow maximum utility for flying the cabinet.

EU 112M

Overview

The EU™112M is a low-profile floor monitor for the EU series of sound reinforcement speakers. It is a two-way speaker system comprised of a high output 12" Neo Dual Voice Coil woofer with a Kevlar® impregnated cone, and an RX™22 compression driver loaded onto the patented Quadratic Throat Waveguide™, the model CH®-75. The EU 112M has a rounded external appearance, with a sloped rear top panel resulting in a multi-angled internal enclosure. This design reduces the build-up of standing waves inside the enclosure, which minimizes midbass and mid-range colorations due to the cabinet.

EU 118D

Overview

The EU 118D features a 1,000-watt Peavey IPR power section and a Low Rider® 18 woofer in a highly rugged enclosure. The EU 118D also features a fourth order Linkwitz-Riley crossover that has eight selectable low frequency crossover points, a crossover in/out switch, low frequency enhancement, and a high-pass output to send the signal out to an EU powered high/mid enclosure.
